Functional Lead

• 8-10 years of experience.
• Skills required - SAP functional-L2
• Advanced functional expertise in SAP ECC functional module of expertise corresponding to the domain in consideration.
• Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities for large and complex projects.
• Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes.
• Ability to work with senior customer representatives and align technical objectives to business strategy. Contribution to thought leadership in the SAP functional space.
• Good knowledge of SAP ECC functional modules other leading ERP products and their capabilities SAP. Advanced functional expertise in SAP ECC functional module of expertise corresponding to the domain in consideration.

SAP CRM Consultant

• 3-5 years of experience
• Skills required - SAP CRM Base Customization-L3,SAP CRM Middleware-L2,Service web-L2
• Expertise in WEBUI configuration.
• Experience in Action Management like creation of Actions, Action Profiles and Action profile determination.
• SAP CRM Middleware: Expertise in defining publication and subscription of sites business objects, perform initial download, delta download.
• Good Knowledge on IDocs,BDocs
• Experience in configuring the Solution search & Usage based billing.
• Should have Good knowledge on Mobile and handheld service.
• Should be expert in complaint and returns management.

Basis Consultant

• 5-8 years of experience
• Skills required - SAP BASIS-L3
• Must have good understanding of the various implementation aspects involved in SAP end to end implementation right from installation to operations.
• Ability to independently design solutions for system operations. Create solution proposals with effort estimation for a chosen project track.
• Good knowledge of niche SAP areas like Net Weaver Administration, Performance Tuning, APO Live Cycle management.
• Able to lead a team and train the team and possess sufficient knowledge of SAP Administration.
• Provide SME support to other teams on request.
• Ability to hold discussions with customer presenting incident reports and highlighting system health status.
• Knowledge of ASAP methodology in implementations.
• Should have at least 4 -6 years of SAP experience in basis administration with 1 end to end implementation project.

SAP Developer-L3

• 3-5 years of experience
• Skills required - SAP BASIS-L2
• Must have good knowledge of SAP system landscape and the role played by various systems, clients and transport mechanism in the landscape.
• Ability to perform due diligence collecting the right set of information from customers and documenting it.
• Assist in creating solution proposals, rough effort estimates, assist in designing client, landscape strategy documents or deciding the approach for support pack upgradation.
• Able to guide a team.
• Having the knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools.
• Able to track SLA compliance and follow escalation matrix in support projects.
• Should have at least 2 - 4 years of SAP experience in basis administration.
• Troubleshooting including SAP system start up problems, work process issues, lock administration.
• Basic knowledge of WAS architecture, Basic WAS J2EE administration including J2EEprocess overview, deploying files using SDM.
• Applying and troubleshooting all ABAP patches, kernel upgradation, Applying J2EE patches, creating users/roles using UME, SAP instance/default profile administration.
